Product Overview
This Round Arabescato Marble Basin is made from natural Arabescato Corchia marble block, featuring a white background with broad grey veining. The circular bowl allows the natural pattern to continue around the interior and outer surface, so each finished basin has a different vein layout.
The stone basin is designed for installation above a bathroom countertop or vanity top. Its wide opening provides enough space for daily washing, while the curved interior guides water toward the central drain hole. The rounded rim has no sharp corners and is easy to access from different sides of the vanity.
This Arabescato Marble vessel sink can be used in residential bathrooms, hotel rooms, villas, apartments, restaurants, washrooms and commercial interior projects. It can be paired with marble, granite, quartz, wood or other countertop materials.

Product introduction
Material Selection
Natural marble varies in background color, vein direction, grey pattern density and mineral markings. These differences should be considered before batch production.
Before fabrication, we will inspect the available stone material based on:
- White background color
- Grey vein density
- Vein direction
- Natural fissures
- Mineral markings
- Repaired areas
- Block and slab consistency
- Required project quantity
For hotel, apartment and commercial projects, we will select stone from the same block, slab batch or similar material range whenever possible.
This helps reduce obvious differences between basins installed in the same project. However, natural stone cannot be made completely identical, and some variation should be expected.
Basin Fabrication
Production begins after the stone, dimensions and drain specification are approved.
Stone Cutting
The marble block or slab is cut according to the required basin dimensions. The cutting position is selected with consideration for the marble pattern and structural condition.
Bowl Shaping
The internal bowl is hollowed and shaped by machining. The curve is processed to direct water toward the center drain while maintaining the required wall and bottom thickness.
Rim and Edge Processing
The top rim is shaped and smoothed to remove sharp edges. The edge profile can be adjusted according to the approved drawing.
Drain-Hole Processing
The drain opening is produced according to the specified waste fitting. The customer should provide the drain-hole diameter or fitting drawing before production.
Surface Finishing
The inner bowl, rim and outer surface are polished or honed according to the approved finish.
Final Cleaning
After processing, the basin is cleaned so that the stone color, veining and surface condition can be checked before inspection.
Quality Inspection&packing
Each Arabescato Corchia marble basin is inspected before packing.
The inspection includes:
Outside diameter,Overall height,Internal bowl depth,Rim width,Wall thickness,Drain-hole position,Drain-hole diameter,Surface finish,Edge smoothness,Basin stability,Visible chips or scratches,Stone color and veining
For quantity orders, we will also check consistency between individual units based on the approved sample or agreed material range.
Finished-product photos or videos will be provided before shipment.
Each Arabescato marble sink is protected with customized foam shaped according to the basin profile.
Additional protection is placed around the rim, bottom and drain area because these parts may be affected during loading and transportation.
The protected basin is then fixed inside a reinforced fumigated wooden crate suitable for export shipment. Internal supports are added to reduce movement and contact between the stone and wooden crate.
