The appearance of a marble table depends largely on the slab selected before production. Black marble can vary in background color, vein direction, vein density and the amount of natural markings.
Before cutting begins, available slab photos or videos can be provided for review. Customers can check whether the stone color and white veining are suitable for the intended space.
For a large dining tabletop, we will consider:

Whether the slab is large enough for the required table size
The position and direction of the main white veins
Color consistency across the tabletop
Visible natural fissures, pores or repaired areas
The relationship between the tabletop and base patterns

After the slab and layout are confirmed, the material will be marked for cutting.

Production Process

Production starts after the table dimensions, stone slab and structural details are confirmed.
The main production steps include slab cutting, edge shaping, surface polishing, base fabrication, trial assembly and final adjustment.
Tabletop Cutting
The marble slab is cut according to the confirmed dimensions. The oval outline and rounded corners are formed by machine cutting and hand finishing.
Edge Processing
The table edge is shaped and polished to remove sharp corners and create a smooth transition around the tabletop. The edge profile can affect both the appearance and the way the table feels during use.
Surface Finishing
The tabletop is polished to improve surface smoothness and bring out the black background and natural white veins. A honed finish can also be used when a lower-reflection surface is required.
Base Fabrication
The two pedestal bases are produced according to the tabletop size and weight. The base spacing is checked to provide enough support for the tabletop while leaving suitable space for dining chairs and seated users.
Trial Assembly
Before packing, the tabletop and bases are positioned together in the factory. This allows us to check the table height, base alignment, overall balance and connection points.

The table is inspected before shipment so that visible and structural issues can be identified before packing.

Packing

Each product is securely protected to minimize the risk of scratches, chips, and breakage throughout the delivery process.Before shipment, we will provide packing photos and videos, crate dimensions, gross and net weight, package quantity, shipping marks and loading photos.

Notice：After receiving the shipment, please unpack the crates according to our unpacking instructions. Do not remove the internal supports, cut the fixing straps or move the stone components without confirming the correct unpacking sequence.

Incorrect unpacking may cause the tabletop or bases to tip over, collide with the wooden crate, chip at the edges, scratch the polished surface or damage the connection fittings.

We will provide an installation guide to help you assemble the table after delivery. The guide will show the correct base positions, fixing points, installation sequence and handling precautions.

Before installation, please check that the floor is level and that all components and accessories are complete. Position the two bases according to the marked measurements, then lift the tabletop evenly and place it onto the supporting points.
