CAD Drawing & Production Confirmation
After the stone material has been selected, our engineering team will prepare detailed CAD drawings based on the customer's specifications, design concept, or architectural plans. Every dimension, basin depth, edge profile, drain hole position, and installation detail is carefully reviewed to ensure the final product meets project requirements.
Before production begins, the CAD drawings are sent to the customer for approval. This confirmation process helps eliminate errors, improves communication efficiency, and ensures that every detail is verified before fabrication.
Once the drawings are approved, we proceed with precision CNC machining, hand-finishing, polishing, quality inspection, and export-standard packaging to deliver a marble sink that matches the approved design.
Precision Stone Carving
Once the CAD drawings have been approved, production moves to the stone carving stage. Using advanced CNC equipment combined with the craftsmanship of our experienced stone artisans, each marble sink is carved with precision to achieve the exact dimensions and design specified in the approved drawings.
From shaping the basin and creating the drain hole to refining the edges and contours, every detail is carefully machined to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a premium finish. Throughout the carving process, our quality control team performs inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and maintain consistent workmanship.
Quality Inspection&packing
After the Arabescato Corchia marble sink is fully fabricated, each finished product undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection before packaging and shipment. Our quality control team carefully checks every detail to ensure the sink meets the approved drawings and project specifications.
The inspection process includes:
Dimension Inspection – Verify all dimensions, basin depth, and tolerances according to the approved CAD drawings.
Surface Quality Inspection – Examine the polished surface for scratches, chips, cracks, or color inconsistencies.

Only products that pass every inspection step proceed to export packaging. After the final quality inspection is completed, each marble sink is carefully packed using custom-made protective foam and export-standard fumigated wooden crates to ensure maximum protection during international transportation.
