Quartz stone is a common artificial new type of stone, which is not expensive, but if it is very beautiful, the price is relatively high. Both monochromatic and two-color quartz stones have similar quality, but their colors are different, so the price of two-color quartz stone will be higher than that of monochromatic quartz stone.
3. Different manufacturing processes
Artificial quartz stone is a new type of stone material that is mainly filled with quartz sand powder and bonded with unsaturated polyester resin. It is formed by high-pressure pressing under vacuum conditions and shaped at high temperatures. Monochromatic artificial quartz stone products have a monotonous color and can be produced with only one mixer, while two-color quartz stone production requires the use of two mixers to mix materials of two colors, making its manufacturing process relatively difficult.
