1. Locking screw fixing method
Drill 1cm deep holes in the corners of the table and add plastic plugs. Drill holes in the corresponding positions of the bracket and fix them with locking screws from bottom to top. Add shock-absorbing silicone pads or reinforcement rings. Holes can also be opened at the crossbeam, and adding glue can also be considered to increase performance benefits: the overall load-bearing performance is good, the appearance is simple and lightweight, and the stability is the best, which can ensure that the desktop does not shake during movement.
2. Use the bottom mortise and tenon installation method
Similar to woodworking, mortise and tenon marble needs to be thickened on all four sides. If there is a significant difference in surface area between the countertop and the frame, material filling and other processes are required. Generally used for plastic and wooden frames, iron frames have poor toughness and excessive hardness, which may cause instability and damage to the bottom of the table during movement.
3. Adhesive method
A bracket with four legs on the bottom is used as a wide surface. Increase the contact area and then use marble adhesive for bonding. Generally, glass countertops are more commonly used, while marble surfaces require bottom treatment. Adding a layer of wood material for bonding results in poor overall load-bearing performance.
