This kit kat travertine mosaic starts with carefully selected natural Turkish travertine slabs. We adopt a selective hole‑filling technique: large deep cavities are filled with colour‑matched stone filler, while tiny pinholes remain unfilled to preserve the authentic porous travertine texture. After light honing without polishing, the slabs are precision‑cut into slim long strips. Experienced workers sort the strips by tone and lay them neatly with uniform gaps. A fiberglass mesh is bonded to the back with stone adhesive to form complete sheets for easy installation.

Export Packing
Each finished Fluted travertine mosaic sheet is individually protected and packed in a dedicated carton. Normally, 5 sheets are packed per carton, with protective materials used where necessary to reduce friction and impact during transportation.
